Practice Frequency
- U06, U08, U10 practice 1x/week (fall, winter, spring)
- U12, U14 practice 2x/week (fall, winter, spring)
- U16, U19 practice 3x/week (winter, spring)
Additional Training
- Supplemental trainings for players who attend tournaments
- Add-on specialty sessions available to U12+ players for hitting, stick, and goalkeeping skills
Age groups for 2026-2027 Club Season (Fall 2026, Winter 26/27 and Spring 2027):
- U06: Players born after July 31. 2020 (typically TK & K)
- U08: Players born after July 31, 2018 are eligible (typically 1st & 2nd grade)
- U10: Players born after July 31, 2016 are eligible (typically 3rd & 4th grade)
- U12: Players born after July 31, 2014 are eligible (typically 5th & 6th grade)
- U14: Players born after July 31, 2012 are eligible (typically 7th & 8th grade)
- U16: Players born after July 31, 2010 are eligible (typically 9th & 10th grade)
- U19: Players born after July 31, 2008 are eligible (typically 11th & 12th grade)
